Our Sports Centre includes a Gym and large Sports Hall, with courts available to hire for badminton, indoor football, basketball and table tennis. The Sports Centre can provide you with both badminton rackets, shuttle cocks and table tennis balls. On the first floor, the Flexsi Fitness Suite is equipped with 90 stations of the latest cardio and resistance fitness equipment and free weights. A range of classes are held in the studio for all abilities throughout the week including pilates and yoga. The centre includes large changing rooms with showers and lockers.
