St Mawes is a small fishing village nestled at the end of the Roseland peninsula. There are galleries, pub, places to eat and it’s a short walk up to St Mawes castle from the village. Or for those who love a longer walk, carry on past the castle, along the Carrick roads to St Just church along the coastline. There is a café near the church for refreshment.
There are regular foot ferries from Falmouth to St Mawes and this makes a wonderful day out on foot!
