Set within 100 acres of beautiful grounds, Penryn Campus is jointly owned by Falmouth University and the University of Exeter. Overlooking the Fal Estuary, the campus features lush gardens, sub-tropical plants, and scenic walking trails.
With excellent transport links—including an on-site bus stop, nearby Penryn railway station, and easy road access—getting around is simple, making us an ideal base for exploring Cornwall.

Self-Catered 7-Bedroom Flats
From £1190 per 2-night stay
Perfect for larger groups, our 7-bedroom flats can accommodate up to 14 guests. Each flat includes:
5 Double Bedrooms & 2 Twin Bedrooms – (All contain an en-suite shower room)
